March 2 - 4, 2010

GenePattern is a powerful genomic analysis platform, developed by the Broad Institute, which provides access to more than 100 tools for:
  • gene expression analysis,
  • proteomics,
  • SNP analysis,
  • and common data processing tasks.

This web-based drag and drop platform lets inexperienced users benefit from a wealth of statistical and visualization tools. GenePattern also provides a programmatic interface that makes all analysis modules available to computational biologists and developers from Java, MATLAB, and R/bioconductor.

Three trainers from the Broad Institute will deliver a series of workshops to educate users on the capabilities of GenePattern and on how to get the most from the analysis suite.
